Imperial Salmonfillet

Our Norwegian salmon fillet promises a very special treat, either on its own or in combination with our exquisite caviar. We source our salmon from modern, open aquacultures that guarantee the outstanding quality of this product. Each salmon fillet is carefully salted, refined and then gently smoked by hand. The extremely fine taste and silky texture make every bite a real treat for the palate.
 
We recommend cutting the salmon fillet vertically into medallions about one centimeter wide. These are placed on a blini and topped with a light crème fraîche and a caviar gnocchi. That's all it takes to present this delicious salmon perfectly.
