The finest of the finest among connoisseurs. It is also an ideal caviar for beginners. The Auslese is our "all-rounder"!

If you have never tried caviar before and would like to finally acquire a taste for it, we always recommend the Imperial Auslese. Our most popular variety comes from a cross between the sturgeon species "Acipenser Schrenckii" and "Huso Dauricus" and rightly enjoys a fantastic reputation among gourmets. Its plump, large-grained roe melts gently on the tongue, releasing a fine, nutty aroma that you simply can't get enough of.

  • Color and taste of Imperial Auslese

The roe shimmers brown to light brown, its membrane is crisp, clearly noticeable on the palate and has one of the best textures ever. Mild on the tongue, nutty and with a clean aftertaste - the Imperial Auslese is always the right choice! It makes gourmets blissfully happy and convinces all those who are trying caviar for the first time with the very first spoonful.

  • Possible applications of Imperial Auslese

Our Imperial selection is always readily available, can be used universally and is therefore particularly popular with chefs. No other caviar variety is better suited to top gastronomy! Imperial Auslese goes well with a wide range of dishes and has a great texture: its firm grain is easy to shape into a dumpling and arrange on the plate. Unlike other varieties, this caviar can even be used in hot dishes, as the cell membrane remains stable and does not melt due to the heat. Last but not least, this caviar variety impresses with a phenomenal volume weight that cannot be achieved with any other product. It is therefore ideal for giving gourmets a great pleasure, in the truest sense of the word.
