The small, golden-brown pancakes are not only a popular accompaniment to caviar in Russia. They are also the ideal base for our caviar varieties. Add a dollop of crème fraîche, a piece of salmon and a generous spoonful of caviar and you're ready to serve your guests deluxe finger food.
Our blinis are deep-frozen and arrive very chilled. You can use them straight away or freeze them again, the quality of the product is not affected.
